Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut 1 large broccoli and 1 large cauliflower into florets and steam them for about 5 minutes until they are just tender.

In a pan, melt 50 grams of butter and add 50 grams of maida (all-purpose flour). Stir it well for a minute.

Slowly add 600 ml of milk to the pan, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.

Remove the pan from the heat and add 200 grams of grated cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.

Place the steamed broccoli and cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them.

Sprinkle 50 grams of breadcrumbs and 50 grams of grated cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.

Serve hot.
