In a teapot or saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
In a sturdy mug, combine 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and 60 ml of whisky.
Pour the boiling water into the mug, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
Add a cinnamon stick and a lemon slice to the mug for garnish.
Serve the Hot Toddy while it's still warm.
