Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Wash and chop 200 grams of Swiss chard, removing the tough stems.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped Swiss chard and sauté for 5 minutes until wilted.
In a bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 100 grams of crumbled goat cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the sautéed Swiss chard to the egg mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the frittata is set and golden on top.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
