Take 500 grams of fresh curd (dahi) and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add 100 grams of powdered sugar to the curd.
Whisk the curd and sugar together until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Optionally, add a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavor and mix well.
Chill the Mithu Dahi in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve the Mithu Dahi cold, garnished with a few saffron strands or chopped nuts if desired.
