Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium flame.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 chopped green chillies to the pan. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, and salt as per taste. Mix well.

Break 4 eggs directly into the pan. Stir continuously to scramble the eggs with the onion mixture.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked and have mixed well with the spices.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti or bread.
