Rinse 1 cup of daliya (broken wheat) under running water until the water runs clear.

Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pressure cooker over medium flame.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (jeera) and let them splutter.

Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Add 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, 1/2 cup of chopped beans, 1/2 cup of green peas, and 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes. Sauté the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Add the rinsed daliya to the cooker and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste. Stir well.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.

Let the pressure release naturally before opening the lid.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
