In a large bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, and salt as per taste to create the marinade.
Add 500 grams of chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for better flavor, overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature (about 200°C).
Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are thoroughly cooked and have a nice char on the outside.
Brush the drumsticks with some melted butter or oil during the last few minutes of grilling for an extra juicy finish.
Once done, remove the drumsticks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken drumsticks hot, garnished with slices of lemon and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
