In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of murmura (puffed rice) ensuring it's crisp. If not, lightly roast it on a pan for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

To the bowl, add 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions, 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.

Add 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts for crunch and 1/4 cup of sev.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, and salt as per taste.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the mixture and mix everything well.

Taste and adjust the seasonings, if necessary.
