Clean 500 grams of prawns by removing the shell and deveining them. Rinse well and pat dry.
In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, salt to taste, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add the prawns and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium flame.
Once the oil is hot, add the marinated prawns in batches. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn golden and crispy.
Remove the prawns from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with slices of lemon on the side.
