Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Roll out 200 grams of pizza dough on a floured surface and use a small bowl or a cookie cutter to cut out mini pizza bases, about 10 cm in diameter.
Place the mini pizza bases on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each mini pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add toppings of your choice, such as sliced olives, chopped bell peppers, and paneer cubes, on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
