Egg Korma
Egg Korma is a rich and creamy delight, blending boiled eggs with a flavorful, spiced gravy, perfect for a luxurious meal.
Ingredients: Eggs, Oil, Bay leaf, Clove, Green cardamom, Cassia bark, Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Water, Dairy cream, Garam masala, Fresh coriander

Boil 6 eggs until hard-boiled, peel and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add 1 tej patta, 3-4 cloves, 2-3 green cardamoms, and a 1-inch piece of cinnamon. Sauté for a minute.

Add 1 finely chopped onion to the pan and fry until golden brown.

Blend 2 tomatoes, 1-inch ginger, and 4 cloves of garlic into a smooth paste and add it to the pan. Cook until the oil separates.

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook the spices for a few minutes.

Add 1 cup of water and bring the gravy to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of fresh cream and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala. Mix well.

Gently add the boiled eggs to the gravy and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
