Churma Ladoo is a traditional Rajasthani sweet, known for its delightful taste and grainy texture, perfect for festivals and celebrations. Ingredients: Whole wheat atta, Ghee, Sugar powder, Water, Cardamom powder, Almonds, Cashews

Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of melted ghee and mix well until the mixture becomes crumbly.

Add enough water to knead into a stiff dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into thick discs.

Heat ghee in a kadai and deep fry the discs on low to medium flame until they turn golden brown and are cooked thoroughly.

Allow the fried discs to cool down completely, then grind them into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.

In a pan, heat 1 cup of ghee and add the powdered mixture, frying it lightly on low flame for a few minutes.

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and mix well.

Add cardamom powder and a handful of chopped nuts like almonds and cashews to the mixture and mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly. When it is still warm, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into ladoos.

Let the Churma Ladoos cool down completely before serving.
