Banana Bread
Banana bread is a moist, sweet, cake-like bread which is a perfect treat for breakfast or snack time. It's a great way to use up overripe bananas and is so easy to make at home. Ingredients: Vazhai, Maida, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla extract, Baking soda, Salt

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mash 3 overripe bananas until smooth.

Add 100 grams of melted butter to the mashed bananas.

Mix in 200 grams of sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt over the mixture and mix in.

Add 250 grams of maida (all-purpose flour) to the mixture and stir until it is just combined.

Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely before serving.
