Chocolate Brownie
Indulge in the rich and gooey goodness of chocolate brownies, a perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20x20 cm (8x8 inch) baking pan.

In a bowl, melt 200 grams of dark chocolate and 200 grams of unsalted butter together using a double boiler or microwave.

In another bowl, whisk together 200 grams of granulated sugar and 3 large eggs until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, mixing well.

Sift 100 grams of all-purpose flour, 30 grams of cocoa powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the chocolate mixture. Gently fold the dry ingredients until just combined.

Optionally, fold in 100 grams of chopped walnuts or chocolate chips for added texture.

Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownie to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
