Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 4 ramekins or small oven-safe bowls with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 200 grams of dark chocolate and 100 grams of unsalted butter. Stir until smooth and let it cool for a few minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 100 grams of powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously to combine well.

Sift 50 grams of all-purpose flour into the chocolate mixture and gently fold until fully incorporated.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
