1. Pulpy VPN GV/GC can only be used on their app.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Pulpy VPN is not responsible if the GV or GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
4. A single GV/GC can be used in one bill or transaction.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
6. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV/GC will be given.
7. Any unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. The GV/GC cannot be combined with any existing offers on its website.
10. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be specified or updated by Pulpy VPN on its website from time to time. Pulpy VPN may add or delete any date(s) or period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Pulpy VPN will do its best to accept GV/GC. However, due to any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Pulpy VPN, the GV or GC may not be accepted on the website, and Pulpy VPN shall have no liability for the same.
13. If the GV/GC is blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after the GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same card within 48 hours.
14. Pulpy VPN reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without notice or liability. Pulpy VPN has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. Pulpy VPN reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without notice or liability at its sole discretion.
16. Pulpy VPN reserves the right to deny the GV/GC if it suspects any duplicity of cards.
17. In no event shall the liability of Pulpy VPN for any claims exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
