E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. This is a Hammer Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on [hammeronline.in](https://blinkit.to/bext/onlxrath). Vouchers are applicable only on the Hammer website ([hammeronline.in](https://blinkit.to/bext/onlxrath)).
2. Vouchers cannot be clubbed with any other coupon or voucher.
3. The person who has the Hammer GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
5. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
6. Hammer GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
7. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Hammer shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Cards (GC), but due to any technical reasons or reasons beyond Hammer's control, GV / GC may not be accepted on the website, and Hammer shall have no liability for the same.
9. Hammer reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without notice or liability.
10. Hammer has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
11. Hammer reserves the right to withdraw the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without notice or liability at its sole discretion.
12. Hammer reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
13. In no event shall the liability of Hammer for any claims exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.
14. This is a Hammer Gift Voucher (GV) and would be accepted only on [hammeronline.in](https://blinkit.to/bext/onlxrath).
15. Only one Gift Voucher can be used in one transaction or order.
16. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the Gift Voucher will be given.
