E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. This is a Freecultr Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted on the website.
2. The person with the Freecultr GV / GC Code is deemed the beneficiary.
3. Freecultr is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
4. This Freecultr GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated or updated by Freecultr on its website from time to time. Freecultr may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
5. This is a one-time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
6. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
7. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. Freecultr GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
9. Freecultr GV / GC cannot be combined with any existing offers on its website.
10. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Freecultr shall, on a best effort basis, attempt to accept Instant Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Cards (GC), but due to any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Freecultr, GV / GC may not be accepted on the website, and Freecultr shall have no liability for the same.
12. If an Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours. In cases of transaction failures after the Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original cards within 48 hours post intimation to accounts or CRM mail address.
13. Freecultr reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.
14. Freecultr has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. Freecultr reserves the right to withdraw the Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
16. Freecultr reserves the right to deny acceptance of any Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) if it suspects that the cards are duplicated.
17. In no event shall the liability of Freecultr for any claims exceed the value of the Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.
18. For any queries or issues related to GV / GC, raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com.
19. Gift vouchers can be used online at the Freecultr website.
20. Gift vouchers can be combined with ongoing promotions or offers.
21. A maximum of one Gift Voucher can be used in one purchase.
22. Freecultr Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned.
23. These terms shall apply to you in addition to Blinkit's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For any issues, including validity, usage restrictions, lost card, unauthorized usage and/ or redemption, please connect with the relevant issuer/ seller.
